Les MillsTM is celebrating 10 years in the Middle East. Our SUPERQUARTERLY Workshop on the 19th and 20th March at Abu Dhabi Country Club (Click here for the Location Map), an event not to miss!!
MEFITPRO will be running a busy and continuing program of events for the whole family throughout the SUPERQUARTERLY weekend. Adults can also join all the Les MillsTM Master Classes, TRX (Suspension Training) sessions, BOSU Balance Trainer classes, Challenges, Competitions and much more whilst the children enjoy a day full of fun with FitClub classes, games and activities. All FREE of charge. Feel free to spread the word and invite your friends.

Friday 19th @ 10:15 am: Experience our Les MillsTM heritage and authentic Maori welcome! Our tribe is looking forward to welcoming you in a True Les MillsTM Tribal style. Do not miss the "One tribe.....there is an army of me" ceremony. Better not spoil the surprise , be there to find out more!!
Friday 19th @ 5pm :Sundowners by the pool leading up to the dinner party. Wind down with other tribe members and friends.
Friday 19th @ 7pm: Awards presentation, Buffet Dinner, party, DJ,....Work hard, party harder.
