  • Learn all fundamental Kettlebell lifts
  • Proper alignment and trajectory of the Kettlebell
  • Breathing Techniques
  • Mobility drills specific to Kettlebell exercises
  • Assistance drills for certain Kettlebell lifts
  • How to reduce hand tears & banging
  • Insight into how to prepare Kettlebell workouts

Assessment (must be completed competently to receive certification)
It is an 8 hours live hands on course so expect to work hard!
