Group Excercise Leader (GEL) Course
 
MEFITPRO has developed a recognized professional qualification for aspiring Group Exercise Instructors to kick-start their fitness career. The Group Exercise Leadership (G.E.L) course is designed for new instructors to learn the basics of Group Fitness and teaching skills.

The course duration is 3.5 days (which includes half a day of CPR) made up of both practical workshops and drills in the studio and theory workshops in the classroom. Students then take a practical exam on the 3rd day where they will get the chance to present their new found skills.

Over the 3 day course you will cover the basics of Anatomy, Exercise Physiology and Training Principles in our fun interactive theory lectures and then it's into the studio for practical workshops on Musicality, Building Choreography and Teaching skills along with CPR training.

The Group Exercise Leadership course is a pre-requisite for any LES MILLSTM initial module training (www.lesmills.com).
